Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Although we attempt to keep all prices updated. All prices quoted are subject to alteration without prior notice.

  2. All goods will be invoiced at the prices ruling on the day of order, having been confirmed with the buyer by telephone / email.

  3. Non account customers can only be dealt with by cheque, on a pro-forma basis.

  4. All goods must be examined on receipt and any damage / missing items reported to AJL Displays Head Office within 2 days. The exact quantity the missing items or the nature of the damage must be reported to AJL Displays  Ltd within 2 days or we will be unable to replace or refund these items. Non delivery of a consignment, whole or part, must be notified within 2 days of receipt of invoice / despatch note. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage that may result from additional deliveries that you may make to other addresses, which are of course beyond our control.

  5. Orders which have been accepted cannot be cancelled nor goods returned without prior written consent, We cannot accept return of  items which have been specially manufactured / ordered  in by AJL Displays Ltd. If agreement is given to return of goods, they must be unused and in their original packaging. A restocking / cancellation fee will usually be applied.

  6. The title of the goods shall not pass to the buyer until full payment has been made. In case of non-payment, AJL Displays Ltd shall be entitled to repossess the goods. Immediately upon receipt, the customer accepts all risks for the goods supplied.

  7. Whilst delivery dates will be confirmed on receipt of your order / payment by one of our representatives. These delivery dates are given in good faith, no responsibility can be accepted for delays in manufacture, strikes, accidents or delay in transit.

  8. We reserve the right to alter design and / or specification without prior notice.

  9. The buyer must ensure they have staff available to sign for the goods when delivered. If the carrier is unable to get a signature, the goods are unlikely to be delivered. In this case a re-delivery charge will be applied. All deliveries will be made at ground Floor level.

  10. The buyer must ensure that the correct delivery address and postal code are given for any delivery. Should an incorrect delivery / postal code be supplied and therefore causing non delivery of the product  AJL Displays Ltd reserve the right to make a re-delivery charge.
